Hoi An Ancient Town, which was a trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th centuries. Its buildings and street plans reflect influences, both indigenous and foreign, that combined to create out to this unique heritage site.

Geographical location of Hoi An
Coming to Hoi An by air, visitors can search for flights to the two or three nearest airports: Da Nang airport, Chu Lai airport, Phu Bai airport (Hue).Da Nang International Airport is the most convenient airport, with flights connecting major cities in the north and south as well as international flights. From Da Nang airport, visitors can rent a motorbike, book a Grab or taxi, take the shuttle bus of the hotel where you stay... to get to Hoi An, about 30 km to the south.

Travel to the beach when coming to Hoi An
East of Hoi An is the East Sea. From Da Nang city, following the coastal road, visitors will encounter An Bang beach area, before turning right to enter the central area of Hoi An ancient town.
The beaches in Hoi An have names: An Bang, Tan Thanh, Cua Dai. Among them, An Bang beach has the most amenities with many hotels, homestays, restaurants, and cafes. Tan Thanh Beach has fewer amenities, so it still retains its wild beauty. Cua Dai beach area is where there is a passenger wharf to Cu Lao Cham island - an island with tourist activities.
